Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I have experience working with adults, youth, families and couples to effect change in their relationships and life experiences. By providing empathy, rapport, and unconditional support we can begin the process of finding your path to a more fulfilling life. Understanding how conflict in relationships with others and patterns that have developed in your life are impacting your current behaviors will help bring about the understanding that facilitates change. Approaches that facilitate increased insight, self-compassion, mindfulness and self-soothing/self-care practices will be utilized to bring about change, and the path to a more joyful and loving life.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
