CAMFT Launches Mental Health Video Podcast Series

(SAN DIEGO - June 21, 2010) - The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) has launched a video podcast series to give consumers an easy way to learn about common mental health topics.

The video podcasts are short, 2-5 minute clips featuring CAMFT members from across the state.

The video podcast series launched in June with three child-related topics in honor of Child Awareness Month:

When mental health issues are diagnosed and treated early, children often have excellent long-term outcomes. If you are concerned about your child's emotional health or development, it's important to get a check-up with a qualified therapist. Additional video podcasts will be released in the coming months on topics including relationships, domestic violence and teen depression.
